About Us
We are a group of highly trained, specialized, and dedicated healthcare professionals with different critical care foundations. We are able to care for the sickest pediatric population primarily covering staffing needs in the pediatric intensive care unit (PICU), cardiac intensive care unit (CICU), neonatal intensive care unit (ICN), and the cardiac step-down unit (CTCU). Our individual years of experience, variety of critical care backgrounds, and unique set of skills assures that the best care is provided for the patients and families at UCSF. We have a strong understanding of systems thinking, seeing the children’s hospital as a whole and able to pull pieces of our knowledge into each individual patient experience in order to provide excellent care.
